A warm welcome to our GloFor students!

We’ve looked forward to the end of summer here in Copenhagen, because it means that we got to welcome a group of enthusiastic and talented new students. This year, 24 students from 17 different countries have joined us as the first cohort at the MSc in Global Forestry (GloFor), and both university halls and Danish forests have been buzzing with excitement.

The new academic year officially kicked off on 31 August with the Department of Food and Resource Economics’ Welcome day, where over 200 new students from its eight MSc programmes gathered. Guided by Head of Studies, Thorsten Treue, our new GloFor students explored the campus, connected with fellow students and got a warm introduction to their new academic community!
